There have been a number of changes at the top of the Wright Group. DAMIAN McGARRY has been promoted to head the newly-created Wrightbus International division as its managing director. McGarry has nearly 30 years experience with the Wright Group, most recently as development and manufacturing director where he led the development of the StreetLite and the New Bus for London. At Wrightbus there is a new managing director, DERMOT STERNE, whose responsibilities will include Europe and the group’s Customcare aftersales organisation. Sterne is a newcomer to the Wright Group, having previously been managing director of automotive supplier, Stadco.

The global supply chain function at Wright Group will be headed by LORRAINE ROCK. MANDY KNOWLES and MARK JOHNSTON continue as group human resources and group finance directors respectively, with MARK NODDER, group managing director, and JEFF WRIGHT, chairman, completing the main board.
